How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me.

Nintendo STEALS Money!Since this has been going around lately, I should probably give my two cents. Basically what it amounts to is that Nintendo has filed Content ID info of their games with YouTube. What this means is that if you upload gameplay video of a Nintendo game, YouTube will automatically monetize that video, put ads on it, a link to where to buy the game, and take the money generated from that video and give it directly to Nintendo. People who do "let's play" videos are, naturally, pissed off because they want to be earning money off their videos, so they're calling Nintendo "thieves" for doing this.
I can see both sides to the story. I can see Nintendo as a corporation wanting to exercise control over their properties. On the other hand, "let's play" videos can often help new gamers find games they otherwise wouldn't have tried.
But here's the thing: Nintendo isn't the first company do this. Both Microsoft and Ubisoft do it already. YouTube has also had a long history of having music videos and

OKAY. Let's give this a shot, shall we?

Right now I am offering:

- Busts/headshots
- Pokemon/animals/creatures

I'm also only opening up 3 commission slots at a time right now, since I'm still testing the waters at the moment and I don't want to be overwhelmed. Sound good? Right then, onto business~

Note that this journal will be edited whenever I decide to change things.

If you wish to notify me of a commission send a note to my DA page with your request and we will discuss it from there.

Prices:

Pencil Sketches - $5

Flat color - $10

Fully colored/shaded - $15

With a simple background - + $2-3

Each additional character within the same picture (up to three characters altogether) - + $5

Busts/headshots are half the total price.

**Note: There will be an additional charge for commissions involving very complex character designs. Whether this is needed will be decided and discussed once I have reviewed the reference material.**

Conditions:

Keep the content rated PG, please. That means no excessive violence/gore, no sexual themes or content, that sort of thing.

If you are asking me for art of an OC, you must provide me with reference material before I can start working. Any details about poses, expressions, personalities, etc. would be extremely helpful as well. I'm not a mind-reader, guys. xD

Please note that I sketch only in pencil and therefore some amount of sketchiness/messiness will always be involved even in the finished product. If you want something with perfectly clean, crisp lineart then I suggest you look elsewhere for commissions. If you don't mind a bit of an organic look however, you're more than free to stay!

Along the same lines, keep in mind that OCs/Pokemon/creatures/whatever will be drawn in MY style, since I'm assuming that is why you want art from me.

I am a second-year graduate student who is currently taking classes, teaching, and working on research all at the same time. I am also still very much active in the End Run OCT. All of these things take up a significant portion of my time and energy, so please bear with me if it takes me a little while to finish your commission. I greatly appreciate your patience.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission without need of an explanation.

Payment:

I will take USD only, no DA points or subscriptions. DA points won't buy me groceries, yo.

Payments will be made via Paypal, up front. That means I must receive payment before I will start on your commission.

Once I've received payment and I'm at around the halfway mark on your commission, I will send a note with a WIP. Refunds will be discussed if it's decided that the work is unsatisfactory.
